Estimates for Stained Glass RESTORATION or PROTECTIVE Storm Work

Sometimes, we are compelled to ask for an estimate fee because of the time and expense involved in preparing a bid. In such cases, a usual charge for an estimate in such cases is about $150.00, billed at the time your estimate is mailed. If your board feels that we have missed the mark and the fee is not earned, we will be glad to consider your objection or waive the fee. Should your church elect to have O’Brien Stained Glass perform the services estimated - the fee is applicable to the cost of the job. Our usual contract terms require a downpayment of 10 to 20 per cent, dependent upon the amount of materials required. For first time customers we will carry a 10% job balance for 90 days following completion as retainer to the customer to ensure satisfaction on the part of the customer as to the complete and thorough execution of the work. All work is guaranteed to be free from any defect in material or workmanship for a period of 7 years under normal use. Any cost to correct a defect during the first seven years of product service is covered 100% by the company. Interested in a "ball park" figure at no obligation? Estimates for NEW Stained Glass Window Estimates and Designs

Sometimes it is fairly easy to make recommendations for new stained glass windows, especially so when a church particularly likes a "stock" window design that we may have done for another church.
